Dims is not only known for creating new recipes but also for teaching his TikTok community how to make delicious dishes step by step. He doesn’t just cook tasty meals; he designs masterpieces. Meatguy Steakhouse is open from 12 PM to 9 PM and designed in an industrial New York style. The lighting is minimal, creating a luxurious atmosphere. However, what stands out is Dimas’s cooking. The food here is not only delicious but also served with a friendly and humorous touch.
At Meatguy Steakhouse, Dimas often offers rare cuts of meat, such as Wagyu A5. This high-grade Wagyu beef has the highest marbling, giving it a unique taste and texture. Not all restaurants can offer such high-quality beef. So how does Dimas manage to get it?
“Because I frequently create content on TikTok, I’ve built relationships with farmers and meat sellers,” Dimas shared. “They trust me with their special cuts because they know I will handle them properly.”
To taste these special cuts, customers need to make a reservation. These rare meats are not always available due to their limited supply. However, Meatguy Steakhouse also offers other delicious options, including Australian and American beef, which are equally satisfying. The cuts are thick, around 4 cm, and smoked for about four hours using a traditional smoker.

Steak at Meatguy is served without sauces. This allows customers to focus on the natural flavor of the beef without any distractions. Meatguy’s signature menu items include Dim’s Signature, Manhattan Affairs, The Bone Collector, and The Hanging Tomahawk. These cuts come from near the bone, making them more flavorful and aromatic.
These signature dishes are priced between Rp. 195,000 and Rp. 224,000, depending on the type of meat. For rarer cuts, the price is higher. Additionally, there are other dishes that combine meat and vegetables, such as Roasted Bone Narrow and Beef Ragout, ranging from Rp. 90,000 to Rp. 145,000.
